Saharawi Voice is a media activist group, working to document and spead information about the people and situation in the Saharawi refugee camps in Algeria, where people have lived totally dependent on development aid since 1975.
The aim of Saharawi Voice is to raise awareness about the situation and humanise the image of the refugees. They work with photo and film and the project supported by Björkåfrihet focus on advocacy campaigns and media workshops in the refugee camps.
