Mousawat is a Palestinian organisation in Lebanon that works with Palestinian refugees with disabilities. It runs rehabilitation programmes in several cities and refugee camps, both in Lebanon and Syria. Mousawat’s goal is for people with disabilities to have the same opportunities in life as others.
The initiative supported by Björkåfrihet includes funding for a variety of equipment whose purpose is to improve the independence, safety and health of people with disabilities.
